Six Senses Koh Yao Noi
Beachfront Pool Villa
Longtail Boat Trip
Ocean Deluxe Pool Villa
Six Senses Yao Noi Resort offers naturally inspired eco-luxury in an idyllic location amongst the beautiful seascape of tall limestone islands on Koh Yao Noi.
Six Senses Yao Noi is reached by luxury speedboat from Phuket in a scenic 30-minute journey through some of the most magnificent scenery in Thailand.
Six Senses Yao Noi consists of 56 private villas set amongst natural vegetation and lush landscaping by a private stretch of white sand beach – the epitome and benchmark for a rustic ‘eco-chic’ island resort.
Six Senses Yao Noi’s Villas all have open-style bathrooms and an infinity-edge pool and sundeck offering magnificent views of the bay or surrounding forest.
Six Senses resorts are noted for a commitment to the environment. Local building techniques have been adopted, using natural, environmentally controlled, materials.
External and interior walls are wood panelled, with roofs constructed of sago palm leaf thatching.
What's so special?
Six Senses setting is just wonderful, with iconic southern Thai limestone scenery. The speedboat ride to the resort is a real highlight in itself. There’s a real sense of arrival.
As with all Six Senses Resorts in Thailand, the design is very natural, so luxury here doesn’t mean marble floors and gold taps. The luxury of Six Senses Yao Noi comes from the seclusion, the personal service, the fabulous setting and the design, which is in keeping with the surroundings.
Breakfast is something to really look forward to. Six Senses do breakfast buffets very well indeed – expect variety, quality and attention to detail.
Bear in mind
Six Senses Yao Noi is a sprawling resort with villas spaced widely apart, and some offering superb views from hillside settings. This means it can be a bit of a walk back to many of the villas, although golf buggies are of course available at all times.
The beach is private but isn’t huge here. As all the villas have private pools, most guests spend their time around the villas.
Hideaway Pool Villas
The Hideaway Pool Villas (154 sq. m. total) have spacious bedrooms leading through to living areas with a sofa and large flat screen TV (which can be handily flipped around to be viewed from the bedroom as well).
Ocean Pool Villas
The villa offers very generous personal space with wonderful views towards Phang Nga Bay.
It has a private infinity-edge pool with a double spa sala on the pool deck for private treatments.
The terrace area has sun loungers and an outside dining area and there is a separate bedroom and a sitting room, plus a bathroom that features an outside shower.

The Living Room & Terrace
Close to the beach, this all-day dining choice offers alfresco or undercover seating. Traditional material such as timber flooring, coconut palm columns and classic thatching overhead create a very natural atmosphere.
Breakfast is served here and highlights include a patisserie (just wander in and help yourself) and a great open kitchen. Breakfast can easily go on for most of the morning if you’re not careful (go steady on the champagne).
If you notice ice cream on offer for breakfast it’s because the owners of Six Senses have a passion for ice cream - 24 flavours by our count.
The Dining Room
Fine dining is on offer at the Living Room featuring Mediterranean cuisine. The Chef's Table is on the top level, plus a cooking station wrapped around with one long table.
The main dining area is on the lower level, with several private dining pavilions scattered in the wild mangroves and plantation palms for those looking for totally private dining.
In Villa Dining
For the true romantic, the villa butler will arrange for a champagne breakfast, a private picnic or an evening barbecue beneath the stars, with a personal chef and waiter at the ready.
Six Senses Spa
The Six Senses Spa village is nestled into the lush tropical hillside, a Long House Suite modelled on a typical northern Thai village house.
Treatments are designed to create a unique and memorable spa journey through four interconnected spaces.
Using only naturally and ethically produced spa products, the treatment menu promotes traditional Thai healing practices and incorporates the four elements of earth, water, fire and air, to ensure the senses are balanced.
