All of our UK flight-inclusive holidays are fully protected under the Air Travel Organiser's Licence (ATOL) scheme, administered by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

If Jasmine Holidays were ever to cease trading:

  • You will receive a full refund if you have not yet travelled
  • You will be flown home at no extra cost if you are already abroad
  • Your money is held in a protected trust account

We are proud members of the Travel Trust Association (TTA), one of the travel industry's most respected consumer protection organisations.

TTA membership means:

  • 100% of your money held in a protected trust account until after your holiday

Common questions about financial protection

Am I protected if I book a holiday without flights?

Yes - and this is one of the key advantages of booking with Jasmine Holidays. Unlike companies that hold only an ATOL licence (which covers flight-inclusive packages only), our TTA bonding means that land-only holidays, accommodation-only bookings, and packages without flights are fully protected too. 100% of your money is held in a protected trust account regardless of how you book.

What happens if my holiday is cancelled before I travel?

If Jasmine Holidays cancels your holiday for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund or an alternative of equivalent value. Your funds in the TTA trust account ensure this can always be fulfilled.

What if I'm already abroad when a problem occurs?

Under ATOL protection, if we cease trading while you're on holiday, the CAA will arrange for you to complete your holiday or fly you home at no additional cost. You won't be stranded.

Does financial protection cover me if I fall ill or need to cancel?

Financial protection covers you against company failure - not personal cancellation or illness. For that, you'll need comprehensive travel insurance. Please call us on 0333 7000 747 and we'll be happy to advise.
