Siolim House is a restored 7 room heritage boutique hotel in Goa paying homage to traditional Goan life and culture and situated in the peaceful Goan village of Siolim.

Siolim House is one of Goa's most unique and historic manor houses and a fantastic place to stay to experience a sense of history in this part of Goa.

Siolim House is perfectly placed for the lovely beaches just to the north of Morjim, Ashwem, Arambol and Mandrem beaches and the action of the Candolim – Calangute – Baga – Anjuna beaches to the South.

Siolim House has seven suites, including one with 2 rooms, all with en-suite facilities.

Little Siolim is an annexe to the main hotel, with 3 rooms just a short walk from the main hotel and perfect for a family booking.

What's so Special?

The house dates back to the late 1600's and the earliest times of Portuguese occupation in Goa.

In the words of the owners of Siolim House, "Goa is not experienced in the manicured lawns of a luxury hotel but rather from the close quarters of slow-paced village and country life.

It is about deep unbroken traditions, amazing Goa heritage homes, delicious local cuisine based on a mix of indian spices and European influences".

Bear in mind

Three of the suites have air-con, the remainder have ceiling fans only.

This is a separate maisonette suite set in the back of the house, very private and independent.

It has one living room on the ground floor and a bedroom on the upper floor, surrounded by trees and greenery.

There is a private patio where you can enjoy meals al fresco.

Governor’s Suites

The 'Governor's' Suites are situated on the first floor of the main house, once occupied by an erstwhile Governor who also served in Mozambique and Macao.

Rooms feature four-poster beds and antique furniture, wooden floors with an epic bathroom.

Macau and Macassar are each large romantic suites on the first floor.

Superior Suites are air-conditioned, however the high ceilings and thick wall are adequate and air-con is often not required.

The Malabar Suite is a 2-bedroom suite (both double beds) with large rooms and an attached bathroom with shower.

It is in the front of the house with four-poster beds, perfect for a family.
