Pure luxury at Mara Plains
The exclusive Mara Plains Camp is set in the heart of the Olare Motorogi Conservancy, on the northern border of the Masai Mara Reserve.
The camp is accessible via a bridge over the Ntiakitiak River and can accommodate up to 14 guests in 7 tents.
Tents at Mara Plains combine African and colonial-style décor with some Maaai and Arab influences.
Each tent comes with a dressing area and a private bathroom with flushing toilet and hot water 24 hours a day.
Fresh food at camp is carefully prepared and served in the lounge area or al-fresco.
Picnic breakfasts and lunches are available when on safari. You can also enjoy a sundowner cocktail at dusk.
Mara Plains Camp offers day and night game drives in an open 4x4 vehicle.
Other activities include visits to a local village and Balloon flights (at an extra cost).
What's so Special?
Tents are elevated on decks and have a private veranda offering impressive views.
There are only 5 camps on the Olare Motorogi Conservancy which means a lower number of vehicles in the area leading to a more unique game viewing experience.
The Conservancy is home to a vast number of wildlife species including the Big 5.
