March sees the Seychelles moving towards the end of the Northwest Monsoon season, with light breezes blowing from the Northwest.
Rainfall averages around 200 mm in March, half the rainfall of January. Temperatures are still creeping up towards the high 20’s as the Northwest Monsoon system begins to peter out to be replaced in May by the Southeast Tradewinds.
March is a good month for snorkelling and diving in the Seychelles.
