Sok San Beach Resort
Chalet
Sok San Beach Resort is a simple boutique resort offering unfussy accommodation by the beach in an unspoiled location on Koh Rong.
Perfect for couples, Pavilion Double Garden View rooms are very comfortable and offer a lot of space to enjoy the peaceful garden. You have a terrace and small garden area to sit back and unwind in the gentle shade of the trees.
All our garden view double rooms are located in our pavilion buildings which are only a short stroll to the beach.
There are also 16 Double Sea View Rooms are located in the two pavilion buildings looking out to the Sok San Beach.
Spacious garden view chalets have two connected rooms with a bedroom and a sitting room. Each room has its own private entrance with a balcony which is set in a peaceful garden. Some are located by the water.
The Sundeck Beach Bar is the perfect spot for drinks at sunset whilst La Terrasse Restaurant offers Western and Khmer cuisine.
What’s so Special?
We’re often asked for simple beach-hut style accommodation in unspoilt locations which is why we think Sok San fits the bill. Koh Rong is 80% undeveloped and offers a simple, no-frills island escape.
The sand is white and the sea is clear, making a stay here an excellent option for beach lovers.
Sok San has introduced many greening initiative to try and reduce the environmental impact on Koh Rong.
Bear in mind
The resort has 24-hour generators and fibre-optic Wi-Fi but bear in mind that the infrastructure on Koh Rong can be unreliable.
Pavilion Rooms
Perfect for couples, the Pavilion Double Garden View rooms are very comfortable and offer a lot of space to enjoy the peaceful garden.

These rooms come with all the features you would expect including a modern design, private en-suite bathroom, large double bed, wardrobe and air-conditioning.

Garden View Chalets are very comfortable and spacious.
Each has two connecting rooms, with a bedroom and a sitting room, along with ventilation and air-conditioning.
Each room also has its own private entrance, leading out onto the balcony that runs all the way around the chalet.

La Terrasse Restaurant
La Terrasse Restaurant and Lounge offers both Khmer and Western style food.
Born and trained in Cambodia, Head Chef, Menghout, has worked at some of the top restaurants in Phnom Penh and beyond.
Having honed his skills alongside the talented Chefs at Topaz, the Sokha Hotel & Resort Group and the Regency Cafe at the Intercontinental Hotel, Menghout brings to Sok San Beach Resort both international and Asian cuisine and an extensive knowledge of local flavours.
His menu changes with the season, offering guests a selection of dishes to surprise and please the senses.
