Les Villas Des Palmes
Tucked into a secluded valley on the Cambodian Riviera, Villa des Palmes is a unique private villa with amenities and services “à la Carte”.
The large Estate includes two charming villas, the Grande Mansion and the Sala Thmei (new in Khmer) surrounded by a luxurious tropical garden, including 2 swimming pools.
The whole private villa can be rented as a private and exclusive residence to enjoy your stay in Kep.
The two-storey Grande Mansion can accommodate up to 6 adults and extra beds can be added.
There are two swimming pools. The first saltwater swimming pool looks up a large mango tree with a deck built with authentic pink sandstone.
A second large infinity-edge pool is done in smooth green slates surrounded by a large wooden deck with long chairs and alternative shady and sunny spots.

The villa uses sustainable energy that is able to switch between regular electricity and efficient solar panels.

The Grande Mansion
Built in 1996, this original house is home to three bedrooms, two in the ground floor and one in the First floor.
Ideal for families and an intimate group of friends, the Grande Mansion is an interesting and unique mix of authentic and modern luxury. Kitchen, large open dining room, terrace and cozy living room stay at the First floor.
On the first floor is the en-suite master bedroom which comes with a large King-size bed with eclectic and refined furniture: colonial wooden desk, long console tables, bedside lamps and a contemporary large bed made from rare Cambodian mahogany.
The Master Bedroom comes with an elegant double bathroom (indoor and out) charmingly designed.
The Grande Mansion’s upstairs suite at 68 square metres and a 20 square meters private terrace embrace a wide landscape from the lush garden far to the sea and Bokor Mountain.
On the ground floor is a large room with a genuine Khmer four-posted bed, a long and large deep grey tinted sofa and a vintage roll-top desk.
This King-size bedroom overlooks the rich Asian garden. The curtains are done in handmade high-quality Cambodian silk.
This room can accommodate a couple and could be adjusted with one more child extra bed.
The twin bedroom has two Chinese style single beds. It is perfect for children or teenagers, but also valuable for adults.
Sala Thmei
Sala Thmei is the second villa at Les Villas des Palmes, suitable for couples.
The chosen dominant colours are pastel grey for this light-filled bedroom.
It includes a wide King-size bed with trendy 60's style furniture: armchairs, low table, and fashioned bedside lamps.
This Bedroom has a contemporary double bathroom (indoor and outdoor) with all the amenities.
The Sala is a very special space, located on the first floor with openwork wooded and bronze pattern structures.
At sunset, the Sala is specially designed to become a home theater with wide screen, Sound system, and DVD and Blue Ray players - a really unique and memorable place.
A huge infinity-edge pool (22 x 6 m) is made with smooth green slates surrounded by a large wooden deck with long chairs and alternative shady and sunny spots.
