‘Swa’ in Sanskrit means ‘Self’ and a stay at SwaSwara is all about re-connecting with the self – relaxing and rejuvenating the SwaSwara way.
SwaSwara is a sanctuary resort where guests aim to re-connect with their inner-most natures via introducing a life-plan to reconstruct both body and mind.
Located on the fabled Om Beach in Karnataka, SwaSwara is set amongst 26 acres of green lawns, gardens and rolling hills, surrounded by pristine beaches and far removed from civilization – the perfect spot to journey into oneself.
Early morning yoga on the beach helps to wash away stress and heal both body and mind, whilst meditation quells the restless mind and Ayurveda helps to cleanse the body. It is this holistic approach via traditional Indian techniques which is characteristic of SwaSwara.
Accommodation at SwaSwara consists of 24 separate privately walled units offer privacy, countryside views and a private yoga-deck.
