Four Seasons Resort at Desroches Island is a delightful Seychelles luxury boutique resort, only 40-minutes by air from Mahe.

Desroches Island just has the one resort – The Four Seasons, 9 miles of beach, plenty of giant tortoises and some excellent snorkelling spots and dive sites.

Private elegant suites and luxurious villas each are scattered throughout palm-studded gardens, where hammocks are strung between the palm trees.

At the centre of the resort, ‘Hideaway’ is the place where guests can connect, with L’Amirante Bar, fine dining, a library and a large beachfront swimming pool.

Divers looking for a luxurious retreat to combine with some world-class dive sites will love Desroches. The amazing Desroches Drop and the Canyon are just two of the best of fourteen great dive sites nearby. The dive team and equipment are excellent.

Four Seasons Desroches has a swimming pool, spa and a great range of recreational facilities based around the Castaway Centre.

Free use of cycles is provided for all guests. Non-motorised water sports and snorkelling equipment are provided free of charge.

Ocean fishing is a popular option here.

Island nature walks are led by a member of the island conservation centre.

The Kid's Club at Four Seasons Desroches caters for children aged between 4 and 12. A Teen Centre has a games console and DVD library.

Outdoor film screenings are a regular feature.

Which Airlines do you use?

We work with all the major airlines flying to the Seychelles.

Typically for the Seychelles we will use British Airways for direct flights.

There are currently twice-weekly flights from Heathrow (Wednesdays and Saturdays) direct to Mahe using the Dreamliner.

The flying time for direct flights is around 10 hours, making the Seychelles a little shorter flying time than going to South East Asia.

We also commonly use Emirates via Dubai, Qatar Airways via Doha and Etihad via Abu Dhabi. These all allow stopover options in the Arabian Gulf to create a multi-centre holiday.

Regional connections from across the UK are available.

Which Hotels do you use in the Seychelles?

We're careful with our choice of resorts in the Seychelles, but we're guided by our customers also. If you have some preferred hotels, just let us know.

We specialise in boutique hotels and so we will often suggest some of our favourite smaller hotels where we think these will be suitable.

How do you get to Desroches Island?

Scheduled lights currently (2019) depart Mahe at 10:30 and 16:00 and return at 11:30 and 17:00.

Baggage allowance is 30 kg per person in soft sided bags.

Flights depart from the domestic terminal at the International airport on Mahe. If your international flight doesn't connect, we suggest a night at the Four Seasons on Mahe.
