At the Sanctum Inle Resort, arches and cloisters reference the monastic life, opening the doors on a more contemplative experience – the ideal place to find peace and tranquillity on the shores of Inle Lake.

There are four kinds of rooms and suites to choose from. Rooms at Sanctum Inle Resort celebrate the virtues of a monastic life.

Though the design is minimalist, the hotel offers plenty of modern comforts, from plush beds and air-conditioning, to cable TV and minibars.

The resort has a great swimming pool, and dining which offers local and Western cuisine.

Cloister Deluxe

The Cloister Deluxe Rooms are a generous 40 to 45 square metres in size and feature lofty and bright interiors, natural wood floors and views of the resort’s garden. Each room has its own terrace.

Provost Junior Suites

At 66 square metres, the Provost Junior Suites offer views of the lake or the garden.

Located in stand-alone villas or in the main building, these suites feature private terraces and elegant timber floors.

Abbey Suites

Located on the first floor of the main building, the Abbey Suites offer 100 square metres of living and sleeping space.

A stairway connects the upstairs king bedroom with tiled bath to the downstairs living room and private terrace.

Sanctuary Suites

Lofty ceilings and a private terrace highlight the resort’s most spacious retreat.

Two king bedrooms, each with its own tiled bathroom including both tub and shower, connect to a large, shared living room.

Located on the first floor of the main building, the suite’s 150 square metres take in views of mountains in the near-distance.
