• Flights: Return economy class flights from the UK (including airline taxes and checked baggage), plus three regional flights (Santiago–Calama, Uyuni–La Paz, and Cusco–Lima).
• Accommodation: 14 nights accommodation across Santiago, San Pedro de Atacama, the Siloli Desert, Uyuni, La Paz, Puno, Cusco and Lima, with daily breakfast throughout.
• Transport: Private airport transfers throughout; an overland 4WD crossing of the Bolivian Altiplano from the Chile border to the Siloli Desert; the overland bus from Puno to Cusco, with stops at La Raya Pass, the Viracocha Temple and Andahuaylillas; and the return IncaRail Vistadome train between Ollantaytambo and Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu). Touring is on a private basis in Santiago, Valparaíso, La Paz, Machu Picchu and Lima, and on a shared basis in San Pedro de Atacama, Bolivia and Cusco.
• Sightseeing: A Santiago city tour taking in La Moneda, the Cathedral, Santa Lucía Hill, Lastarria and El Golf; a Valparaíso city tour with a ride on one of its historic funiculars; a half-day Moon Valley tour in San Pedro de Atacama; a city tour of La Paz, including the Witches’ Market and Moon Valley; a comprehensive Cusco city tour taking in Koricancha, the Cathedral, Sacsayhuamán, Kenko, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay; a guided tour of the Machu Picchu citadel; and a Lima city tour taking in Miraflores, San Isidro and the historic centre.
• Experiences: A guided tour and tasting at Casas del Bosque winery in the Casablanca Valley; a dawn excursion to the El Tatio Geysers with the chance to bathe in natural hot springs; an overland journey across the Bolivian Altiplano taking in the White, Green and Red Lagoons, the Sol de Mañana geothermal field and the Siloli Desert’s Stone Tree; a full-day excursion across the Salar de Uyuni, including Incahuasi Island and the Uyuni train graveyard; and a journey across Lake Titicaca to Copacabana and the sacred Sun Island.
• Meals: Lunch included at the El Tatio Geysers, during the Chile–Bolivia border crossing, on the Uyuni Salt Flats excursion (a picnic lunch), on the Lake Titicaca journey (in Copacabana), on the Puno–Cusco bus journey, and on the Machu Picchu excursion; dinner also included on the Chile–Bolivia border-crossing day.
