Onguma Etosha Aoba Lodge is located only 20 minutes drive from the eastern entrance to Etosha National Park. This award-winning lodge is within the 36,000-hectare Fisher’s Pan Private Game Reserve and is set in a forest next to a dry riverbed.
Onguma Etosha Aoba Lodge consists of just 11 bungalows and is ideal for couples and families.
The bungalows at Aoba are situated along the ‘Omuramba Ovambo’ dry riverbed near the ‘Lapa’ – an open sided dining area overlooking a waterhole.
Most of Onguma Etosha Aoba’s bungalows have a small veranda offering superb views of the African bush.
At Onguma Etosha Aoba Lodge guests can enjoy sundowners in the bush and morning and afternoon game drives.
What’s so Special?
Since Etosha Aoba Lodge removed the fences within the reserve, the game has become more abundant as the animals can now move more freely throughout the reserve, which borders the Etosha National Park.
