We founded Jasmine Holidays in 2007, with one goal – to offer exactly the kind of holidays and destinations we love, with a passionate commitment to service, value and customer experience.

‘The Boutique Travel Company’ tag reflects our love of boutique hotels but also our style; personal, professional, helpful and imaginative. We like to think of it as being the opposite of a ‘call-centre’.

We’re based in the leafy lanes of Harrow on the Hill with a view as far as Canary Wharf, although some of our team work from home.

We are Travel Trust Association members and a fully bonded and licensed Tour Operator in accordance with Civil Aviation Authority regulations. Our ATOL number is T9762.

We aim to bring together the special places to stay and the really unique experiences in each destination in a holiday tailored to your interests and budget.

Our holidays are all tailor-made and we organise everything from city stopovers to multi-country tours, from relaxing Bali beach holidays to treks through the jungles of Borneo.

Naturally with boutique hotels, our holidays appeal to couples and honeymooners, but we do also have plenty of options for families.

Many of the hotels we feature are quite ‘exclusive’ but we have just as many which are simply exceptional in different ways – we don’t believe that ‘luxury’ always comes at a high price and our holidays can all be tailored to suit your budget.

Our company exists because we believe that your holiday should be a special, unique and remarkable experience.

At Jasmine we specialise in boutique hotels, romantic hideaways, pool villas, luxury escapes, spa retreats, character hotels and other unique places to stay. In other words, we resolutely avoid the ‘average’.

‘What’s so special?’ is a question we ask about every hotel and resort we visit. Frankly, if we can’t find an exciting answer to it, we don’t consider featuring the hotel, which is why we don’t have an exhaustive list of hotels. In essence we’ve done the hard work for you in weeding out the “not really that special” hotels.

When we formed Jasmine Holidays we were determined to make the whole process of dealing with us as pleasant as possible. Our ethos is to offer very personal service, and we won’t treat you like a “Booking Number” or a “transaction”.

We’ve been to the destinations we feature and experienced the hotels, which means we offer candid advice based on first-hand experience.

If you’re anything like us, you also read Trip Advisor before making decisions! Unlike some of the older Tour Operators who are restricted to selling larger hotels which offer them allotments of rooms, we have built up strong relationships with the smaller hotels and resorts – the kind, we hope, you love!

We know you have many different ways and options for booking your holiday. We like to think that we not only offer great service but also much better value than booking your holiday independently.

We deal directly with all of our hotels or suppliers, meaning we can pass on the very best value to you. Our hotel rates are often 50-75% cheaper than booking directly with the hotel and we are constantly sourcing special offers, sometimes exclusive to us.

Our value also comes in our expertise and advice as well as the security of booking with an ATOL protected travel company.
