Tides affect the resort quite dramatically and the sea goes quite a way out during low-tide.
For those looking to swim in the sea during low-tide, the resort has a free shuttle to a nearby island where the swimming is just idyllic.
Superior Studios
These single or two-story contemporary tropical style buildings contain two or four units respectively, and are set up on the hill overlooking the resort. The views of Phang Nga Bay are magnificent.
Each studio (54 sq. m.) consists of an air-conditioned bedroom, open-sala living area and a tropical semi-outdoor bathroom. The bedrooms are fitted with either king-size or queen/single beds and a daybed which converts to an extra bed.

Seafood Terrace
The main restaurant of the Paradise Resort Koh Yao is nestled between shady trees, right on the beach with a covered area and additional seating out on the open beach overlooking Phang Nga Bay.
The menu features fresh seafood, Thai dishes, snacks and salads.
The restaurant always has lobster, filet mignon imported fresh from Australia, plenty of tasty Italian dishes and of course a great variety of authentic Thai dishes.
Al Fresco
The "Al Fresco" Restaurant is also located right on the beach with additional seating in the sand in the shade of palms or coconut trees.
It's a relaxing, casual restaurant presented in a refreshing contemporary style with a pizza oven as special feature near the main seating area.
The cuisine is light Mediterranean, from exquisite starters over mouth-watering pasta to real Italian ice cream.
