We have put together an itinerary for you which will reveal some of the very best of South East Asia in one two-week journey.

You'll begin in Chiang Mai, where you will discover Thailand’s second city begining with an evening at some of Chiang Mai's best temples, where you'll see things from a different perspective.

We have included a full day city tour for you and an excursion outside of Chiang Mai which will give you a glimpse into the lives of the hilltribe people that live in this part of Thailand.

From Chiang Mai drive by private car to Chiang Rai, from where you will transfer to the border with Laos and board your Mekong cruise on the Luang Say.

Cruise down the Mekong River, visiting some riverside villages and spending the night in a comfortable lodge by the Mekong with all meals included.

Stop to visit the famous Pak Ou Caves before arriving in Luang Prabang. Spend 2 nights in the cultural capital of Laos, with a full-day city tour included and a special morning spiritual experience with the monks.

Fly from Luang Prabang direct to Hanoi, where you will have a full day tour to discover the best of the capital of Vietnam.

Head out to Halong Bay for an overnight cruise in one of the most scenic destinations in South East Asia.

From Hanoi, fly to Siem Reap in Cambodia and enjoy a day and a half exploring the temples, one of the world's great iconic travel destinations.

Your South East Asian journey will finish in Bangkok, where you have two nights and a full day touring the city by public transport included.

If you have longer time for your trip we would certainly recommend extending the stays in Siem Reap or Luang Prabang in particular. If you would like to add more destinations, Hoi An in Vietnam would be a good option to consider, or adding on a beach extension in Thailand or Cambodia.
