You'll be back to Porto for a night before heading back up the Douro Valley to the magnificent Six Senses Douro Valley for a 2-night stay in this luxury spa-focused retreat.

Day 1: UK - Porto

Fly from the UK to Porto where you will be met on arrival and transferred to your chosen hotel.

Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2: Porto

In Porto, they say “Petiscar” which means eating small portions of different delicacies. This private tour will allow you to discover the history of Porto while experiencing typical Portuguese food.

Start your gastronomic experience with a warm flaky pastry that will provide you the energy and curiosity to start your exploration of Porto and to feel like a true local.

Next up, stop at a city market where you can try typical Portuguese sardines served with olives and tomato sauce with a glass of Vinho Verde, an exclusive white wine from the northwest region of Portugal.

And because the Portuguese love of pork is legendary, you'll likely want to try some of the best Portuguese cured meat.

Next, follow the path to the heart of the city to enjoy a one-of-a-kind third-generation owned restaurant and a sandwich that brings together fresh bread, slow-roasted pork loin, and sweet cured ham.

From here, visit one of Porto ́s historic cafes, in the heart of downtown that was once the meeting place of politicians, businessmen and artists.

Day 3: Douro Valley

You’ll be collected from your hotel after breakfast and transferred to board the Marinado Freixo, your private luxury yacht.

You’ll depart Porto and make your way upstream through the Crestuma and Carrapatelo Dams, arriving at Cinfães quay.

From here you’ll transfer to a local restaurant for lunch at one of the most famous restaurants in the region.

After lunch, continue upstream to Pesoda Régua where you’ll disembark and transfer to a beautiful traditional Vineyard where you’ll be staying overnight.

Enjoy dinner and overnight at the wine estate.
