Puri Mas is one of the most popular boutique hotels in Lombok, with just 21 villas, suites and cottages in a great beachfront location just 5 minutes taxi ride from the centre of Senggigi.

Puri Mas Lombok offers a choice of two locations; the beachfront resort and a more peaceful smaller spa resort area consisting of just 3 suite rooms surrounding a small pool across the road from the beachside resort. Each side of Puri Mas Resort offers its own charms.

Puri Mas' setting is very peaceful and laid back but the resort is extremely well-run and maintained. The Kiwi management team ensure that every single guest is made to feel special.

What’s so special?

We fell in love with Puri Mas at first sight! We love the casual mix of modern facilities and Indonesian styles.

Puri Mas is owned by the famous Dutch ballroom dancer Marcel de Rijk and even has its own ballroom dancing hall. Marcel’s lovely little house is in the spa resort area.

According to Sara (the GM), the snorkelling is pretty good right in front of the resort and she claims to have seen turtles on a regular basis.

Bear in mind

The Standard rooms are fairly basic, no frills. They are great value, but don’t expect luxury. For something more luxurious we recommend the recently built private villas.

Children under 12 years aren't accepted at Puri Mas.
